NEW CUSTOMERS/BECOME A RESELLER

To be an authorized reseller of the Rosalina line, the following are required:

1. Completed reseller application form
2. Pictures of your store, inside and outside
3. Copy of updated State or Federal Sales Tax Certificate

For new customers who would like to register to be an authorized reseller, please download an application.
